Naudé Alberts (MBM Dip, IIT, 2010) has a vast track record of over a decade of Sales and Marketing experience. He commenced his Sales and Marketing career in 2010, in the FMCG Industry of Namibia. In 2013, he diversified his FMCG experience to the Pharmaceutical Industry, by commencing with Vital Health Foods. In 2014, he was headhunted by Cipla to represent their entire product range portfolio over the first course of 5 years in the Northern Region of Namibia, and later on, the entire country, that has extended to over a decade of Cipla representation. Naudé Alberts continuously represents Cipla in the country through Smiths Marketing. From the dynamics of his Sales and Marketing foundations, his acumen extends to Cipla Export Commercial Lead in Wholesale Management, Team Management, Portfolio Diversification, Market Penetration Strategy, Future Commercial Alignment Development and CNS/Psychiatry Therapeutic Product Specialization.

Joaret brings 20 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to both customers and patients. Her expertise spans roles as a Pulmonary Technologist, Speciality and Rare Disease Pharmaceutical Procurer and Specialist Medical Representative. She has honed strong negotiation skills and foster positive relationships through continuous engagements with stakeholder, including global suppliers, local healthcare authorities and healthcare professionals. Joaret excels at launching new molecules while also driving the growth of established legacy products through market segmentation.

Sunel Badenhorst is an experienced Medical Representative with 13 years of expertise in the medical field with iNova Pharmaceuticals and an additional 2 years in retail. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive knowledge in product promotion, client relationship management, and market analysis. Sunel holds a background in Jewellery Design, having studied the craft for 4 years, which has helped her develop a keen eye for detail and creativity. Combining her passion for healthcare with a unique artistic perspective, she brings an innovative approach to her work, ensuring both client satisfaction and continuous professional growth.

 

Shona Krishna

Shona Krishna (Bachelors in Marketing) commenced her early career, in 2020, in the niche of advertising with Agra, where she continuously challenged herself over a reign of 2 years to learn all the business dynamics of the marketing impact in her respective industry. Later in 2022, Shona diversified her experience to the international reach of the Norwegian Cruise Liners, in pursuit of the vast biosphere in Sales and Marketing, that the tourism industry had to offer. On returning to Namibia in 2024, Shona had envisioned a new challenge, to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry, whereby she joined Smiths Marketing. Shona is an active Team Member of the Cipla OTC representation, and has contributed to a sustained successful dynamic in her respectful portfolio responsibilities.

She earned her Degree Baccalaureus Technologia Mktg at Cape University of Technology 2005, Potchefstroom University 2000 Medical pathological type.n completing her Pharmaceutical coarse @ Merck Rx and OTC devision in 2010. She joined the Smith’s team in 2016 till present.

Nicky’s deep sense of Ethics and compassion for people makes her a steadfast advocate for health and wellness. Nicolene continues to make a positive impact in the health industry and in peoples lives.

Christie Mostert

Christie Mostert is a well experienced Pharmaceutical Professional. From his early career, commencing in 2014 with Litha Pharmaceuticals, he made positive impact in promoting his brands and creating a lasting company footprint, over a 3 years reign of his territory management. With his commencement at Mirren under Smiths Marketing in 2017, he embarked on the journey, building market leading brands with an ethical baseline, and later on transitioned over to Cipla (considering Mirren being acquisitioned) to extend his experience to the generic field of pharmaceuticals in the past 7 years. Christie Mostert brings a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, now extending his role from Pharmaceutical Executive to OTC Manager of the Cipla Team in Namibia.
